In addition to being a fully qualified archtiect Mike Liverman is a member of The Assocation for Project Management. We advise on the appointment of consultants and their scope of services and fees. We write the client's brief, advise on specification and ensure the key deliverables are maintained during the design development process. We set and monitor the programme and delivery of pre-construction services and advise on the management of the inherent risks in the project. We will manage the design team to ensure the key deliverables are achieved on time and budget. We will ensure the variables of quality, time and cost are balanced to best achieve the client's objectives.
